麻阳苗族自治县流动儿童与常住儿童卫生保健状况对比探究

摘　　要：目的对比麻阳苗族自治县流动儿童与常住儿童的卫生保健状况。方法根据整群随机抽样原则,在麻阳苗族自治县流动人口集居地随机抽取流动儿童与常住儿童各200名,调查计划免疫接种及健康体检情况。结果常住儿童的平均体检次数与"五苗"接种合格率要明显高于流动儿童(5.6±2.1,97.5%vs2.3±1.5,81.5%P<0.05)。结论麻阳苗族自治县的流动儿童卫生保健状况要差于当地的常住儿童,相关卫生部门应采取相对的措施提高其卫生保健状况。Objective To compare the state of health care service among floating children and resident children in Mayang Miao autonomous county. Methods According to the principle of cluster random sampling, 200 floating children and 200 resident children of Mayang Miao Autonomous County were chosen from floating population concentrated areas. The situation of health examination and vaccine inoculation of all the children＇ were investigated. Results The number of average physical examination and pass rate of vaccination of resident children is significantly higher than that of the floating children （5.6±2.1, 97.5% vs 2.3±1.5, 81.5% P〈0.05）.Conclusion The state of health care service of floating children is worse than the resident children in Mayang Miao autonomous county and the health sector should take measures to improve that.
