大学生英语竞赛能力培养模式探究——基于2012年全国大学生英语竞赛C类决赛赛前辅导的个案分析

摘　　要：全国大学生英语竞赛是全国唯一的大学生英语综合能力竞赛活动,有利于提高学生语言综合运用能力,满足学生个性化需求,培养学生竞争意识和心理素质。湖北工业大学自2011年对入围竞赛决赛选手有针对性地制订赛前辅导方案,旨在培养学生的英语竞赛能力。本文通过问卷调查及个案访谈的形式对入围2012年全国大学生英语竞赛C类决赛的22名学生进行了调查研究,结果发现赛前辅导得到学生的广泛认可,但仍需不断完善和改进,对此笔者提出了建议,旨在为以后进行类似的竞赛赛前辅导提供启示。National English Contest for College Students, as the only contest activity to develop college students’ ability to use English in a well-rounded way, is helpful to improve students’ language proficiency, meet students’ individual needs, and cultivate students’ sense of competition and psychological quality. Since 2011, Hubei University of Technology has specifically made pre-contest training plans for students who enter the final of English contest, in order to cultivate their English contest competence. This paper, by use of questionnaire survey and case interview, investigates the attitude of the 22 finalists of 2012 National English Contest for College Students Class C. It discovers the pre-contest training is widely welcomed by students, but still needs to be improved. Therefore, suggestions have been put forward so as to provide significance for future pre-contest training.
