摘  要:确定针对连翘、红花、番泻叶、西洋参、川穹、当归等药用植物中的汞形态(甲基汞、乙基汞、二价汞离子)超声提取样品前处理方法,采用phenomenex C18液相色谱柱进行分离,ICP-MS检测。样品回收率72.83%~98.25%,精密度(RSD)(n=6)均小于15%,甲基汞、乙基汞、二价汞的检出限分别为0.125mg/kg,0.250mg/kg,0.125 mg/kg。该方法具有灵敏度高、干扰小、样品前处理简单等优点,可用于药用植物中汞形态的筛查和测定。The pre-treatment method of ultrasonic for mercury speciation (Methylmercury, Dimercurion , Ethylmercury) of forsythia, safflower, senna, gen-seng, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, angelica in Chinese herbs were established. Mercury speciation were separated using the phenomenex C18 column of high performance liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The recoveries of three mercury speciation were 72.83%~98.25%. Relative standard deviations (n=6) were 〈15%. Limit of detections for Methylmercury, Dimercurion and Ethylmercury were 0.005mg/L, 0.010mg/L, 0.005mg/L respectively. The advantages of the method were easy sample extraction and separation , less interference and high sensitivity.
