摘　　要：以甘草种子萌发的幼苗为材料,进行组织培养快速繁殖研究。结果表明,在幼茎、幼叶、子叶、下胚轴、胚根等5种外植体中,子叶及下胚轴均适合诱导愈伤组织发生;在6-BA、NAA或2,4-D不同激素组合中,以MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 1.5mg/L为最佳的愈伤组织诱导培养基,同时也是以茎尖、腋芽为外植体进行丛生芽诱导的最佳培养基;在IAA、IBA和NAA 3种激素中,以1/2MS+NAA 0.05mg/L为最佳的试管苗生根培养基,生根率可达80%。Glycyrrhiza uralensis is a medicinal plant that has been widely used in Chinese folk medicine for relieving fever,detoxifcation,reducing phlegm,stopping cough, tonifying spleen and stomach, etc. Tissue culture and plantlets regeneration of this plant were investigated in this work. The results showed that the cotyledon and hypocotyl are suitable explants for inducing callus among the 5 explants including cotyledon, hypocotyl, radicle, young stem and leaf. MS＋ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋ NAA1.5 mg/L is the best medium for callus formation,and also the buds formation from explants of axillary bud and stem tip. 1/2 MS＋NAA 0.05 mg/L is the best root induction medium among the 3 hormones IAA,IBA and NAA, and rooting rate is about 80 %.
