摘 要:为提高育种的选择效率,及时、准确鉴别杂种F1代的真伪,本试验以欧洲丁香杂种F1代为试验材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对欧洲丁香8个杂交组合18个F1代进行同工酶分析。结果表明:(1)18个F1代中,共有16个F1代可以确定为真杂种;(2)8个杂交组合的酯酶、莽草酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶分析中,父本相较于母本存在特征性条带的杂交组合分别为1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8;(3)组合1与2,3与4,5与6分别为正反交关系,并未发现子代有偏向于父本或母本的特异性遗传。由此可以说明同工酶标记可以作为鉴定丁香杂种的有效方法。In this study, in order to enhance the selection efficiency in breeding of Syringa, and identify F1 hybrids rapidly and accurately, five isozymes (EST, SKD, G-6 PD, ADH, PGM) in 18 hybrids from 8 hybrid combinations of S. vulgaris were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate. The results showed that: (1) Among the 18 hybrids, 16 sam pies were true hybrids; (2) In the analysis of EST, SKD and MDH bands, the combination numbers of male parent possessing characteristic bands were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 compared with female parent; (3) Among 3 couples of reciprocal crosses (combination 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6) the specific genetic characteristics towards male parent or female parent were not found. So the isozyme analysis technology could be considered as an effective measure to identify hybrids of Syringa.
