摘　　要：本文首先简要解释了数话同传设备设计相关的背景知识,然后对设备的设计方案进行了阐述,并对设备及软件的设计实现及工程设计进行了大致的说明,提出了一种灵活可设置传输业务带宽的同步时分复用的设计方法。This thesis first presented the background knowledge of the data and voice transmitting device.Then described was the design choice of the transmitting device based on the requirements.Detailed explanations were provided on the design of the hardware,software and engineering consideration of the transmission device.A new design method for synchronous time-division multiplexing was proposed that can flexibly configure the bandwidth of transmission.
