摘　　要：本文从昌北高校图书馆联盟实例出发,对其文献资源共建共享中的利益需求、利益冲突和利益平衡进行研究,探讨各成员馆在共建共享中的投入和收益,最后提出利益平衡机制的具体内容。Based on current situation of northern Nanchang university library alliance,this paper studied on the interest demand,conflict and balance in the information resources co-construction and sharing.It discussed the investment and profits to all members of the library in co-construction and sharing,and put forward the specific contents of the mechanism of interest balance.
