摘　　要：本文通过对国内外典型经济型酒店的经营理念、人力资源管理、营销管理、品牌管理等方面的比较,分析了这些经济型酒店在管理方面的共同属性和不同方面,提出了我国经济型酒店在管理方面存在的主要问题。Based on the comparison of the domestic and foreign typical economy hotel in management concept,human resource management,marketing management,brand management,this paper analyzes the economy hotel in common attributes and different aspects of management,puts forward the main problems of our country economy hotel in management.
