摘 要:从大庆油田采出液中分离筛选出4种可用于微生物驱油技术的菌株,经梅里埃菌种鉴定仪鉴定,分别为脱蜡棒杆菌、野油采黄单胞菌、志贺氏菌属兼性厌氧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌。将4株菌混合发酵培养制成复合菌剂,对其性质及驱油效果进行室内初步评价。研究表明,油层温度和采出液矿化度对菌株的生长影响不大,复合菌剂可耐70℃高温,最适生长温度范围为40~55℃,当温度超过60℃,存活率开始降低;复合菌剂可耐104mg/L的矿化度。在45℃时模拟油层条件进行复合菌剂乳化原油实验中,原油含蜡率降低16.47%,含胶率降低7.26%,原油凝固点下降,证明该菌剂具有降蜡、降胶等乳化原油功效。此外,该菌剂的代谢作用对水质成分也产生一定影响。Four types of strain which could be used for MEOR are chosen from produced fluid of Daqing Oilfield.They are identified as corynebceterium deparraffinicum,xanthemones compesteris,shigella sp and bacillus subtilis.Then the four types of strains are mixed and fermented to form a combined microbial agent,to evaluate the nature and flooding effects preliminarily.The temperature resistance test and salt resistance experiment of the combined bacterial agent reveal that the reservoir temperature and recovered liquid salinity have little effect on the growth of bacteria.The combined bacterial agent could resistant to the temperature up to 70℃,the optimum temperature ranges from 40℃ to 55℃,but when it comes to 60℃,the survival ratio decreases.And the bacterial agent show 104mg/L salinity resistance.In the crude oil emulsification experiment at 45℃ on the reservoir conditions,the combined bacterial agent brings some changes,the ratio of wax in the crude oil decreases 16.47% and the resin reduces 7.26%,furthermore the freezing point decreases from 35℃ to 33℃.
