摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定滴眼液中利巴韦林和诺氟沙星的含量的方法。方法 Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.025mol/L磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH至3.0±0.1)-乙腈(85:15),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:207nm,进样量:20μL。结果巴韦林和诺氟沙星分别在10.0~100.0μg/mL和5.0~50.0μg/mL范围内呈线性关系;相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9997。平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD=0.70%)和99.7%(RSD=0.76%)(n=9)。结论本法可同时测定红眼灵滴眼液中利巴韦林和诺氟沙星的含量,方法简便、准确。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the assay of ribavirin and norfloxacin in Hongyanling eye drops.Methods The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsil C18(250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 μm),and mixture of 0.025 mol/L Phosphoric Acid Solution(pH 3.0±0.1,adjusted with triethylamine)-acetonitrile(85:15)as mobile phase,at the flowrate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 207 nm and the injection volume of 20 μL.Results The assay displayed good linear relationship.The linear range of ribavirin was 10.0~100.0 μg/mL(r=0.9998)and that of norfloxacinin was 3.0~30.0 μg/mL(r=0.9997)(n=6).The average recovery(n=9) was 99.5%(RSD=0.70%) and 99.7%(RSD=0.76%).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for establishing quality standards and control of the eye drops.
