黑莓(萨尼)和红树莓(哈瑞特斯)对凝血作用的影响

摘　　要：目的研究黑莓(萨尼)和红树莓(哈瑞特斯)提取物对血液凝固的影响。方法采用体外血浆复钙时间法,对黑莓(萨尼)、红树莓(哈瑞特斯)乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物体外血浆复钙时间的影响进行测定。结果与空白组相比较,黑莓(萨尼)、红树莓(哈瑞特斯)正丁醇部位和红树莓(哈瑞特斯)乙酸乙酯部位可较显著延长体外血浆复钙时间(0.001<P<0.01);黑莓(萨尼)乙酸乙酯部位可极显著缩短体外血浆复钙时间(P<0.001)。结论黑莓(萨尼)、红树莓(哈瑞特斯)正丁醇部位和红树莓(哈瑞特斯)乙酸乙酯部位具有较好的抗凝作用,黑莓(萨尼)乙酸乙酯部位具有较好的促凝血活性。Objective To study the effect of extracts from the blcakberry（Shawnee） and raspberry（Harrywaters） on blood coagulation.Methods ethyl acetate,n-butanol extracts of blcakberry（Shawnee） and raspberry（Harrywaters） assayed using plasma recalcification time method in vitro.Results Compared with the control group,the n-butanol extract of blackberry（Shawnee） and raspberry（Harrywaters） and the ethyl acetate extract of raspberry（Harrywaters） significantly prolonged the plasma recalcification time（0.001P0.01）.The ethyl acetate extract of the blackberry（Shawnee） significantly reduced the plasma recalcification time（P0.001）.Conclusion the n-butanol extract of raspberry（Harrywaters） and blcakberry（Shawnee） and the ethyl acetate extract of raspberry（Harrywaters） had better procoagulant effect,and the ethyl acetate extract of blcakberry（Shawnee） had good anticoagulant effect.
