元坝103H超深水平井固井工艺技术研究

摘　　要：元坝103H井是元坝地区第一口超深水平预探井,温度、压力高,井漏问题突出,含盐水层,富含CO2和H2S等腐蚀性气体,环空间隙小,防气窜压力大,固井作业面临很大的困难;水平井下套管容易遇阻、遇卡、套管居中度难以保证和顶替效率低等问题。通过优选水泥浆体系和制定合理的固井技术措施,元坝103H井固井施工顺利进行,全井段取得了较好的固井质量,对今后元坝地区固井施工作业具有较好的指导作用。Well Yuanba 103H is the first well of ultra-deep horizontal well,has the difficulities of high temperature,high pressure,containing salt layer,rich content of corrosivite gases such as H2S and CO2,problems in the well cementing process,such as casing block,casing sticking,casing centralizing could not control and it has lower displacement efficiency in horizontal section.In order to solve the problems,the cement slurry system is selected and the well cementing technology is studied.The technology is applied in Well Yuanba-103H,well cementing quality is better than before,and it can guide the well cementing in Yuanba Area in future.
