摘　　要：目的分析结肠组织胞浆菌病(HP)的临床病理学特征。方法对1例结肠HP患者进行临床资料、组织病理、免疫组化及特殊染色分析,并复习相关文献。结果镜下见泡沫状组织细胞及梭形细胞增生,肉芽肿形成,PAS和六胺银染色显示组织细胞内较多圆形结构,直径约2～4μm。结论 HP在我国是一种罕见的疾病,容易误诊,应提高对该病的认识。Objective To explore the clinicopathologic features of colon histoplasmosis （HP）. Methods Clinical data, histopathological data, immunohistochemical stain and specific stain were observed in 1 cases of colon HP. Moreover,pertinent literatures were reviewed. Results Under microscope, the cystose histiocyte and spindle cells hyperplasia,as well as granuloma formation were observed. PAS and hexamine silver stain demonstrated that there was more round shape in histiocyte. The diameter is about 2-4 μm. Conclusion HP is a rare disease in our country, so that it can be easily misdiagnosed. Therefore, we should deepen the recognition of the disease.
