不稳定心绞痛患者介入治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对不稳定心绞痛患者介入治疗的临床效果进行分析及研究。方法选取2010年1月—2012年1月在该院就诊的64例不稳定性心绞痛的患者为研究对象,随机对患者进行分组,分别为观察组及对照组,两组患者各32例,其中观察组患者行介入性治疗,对照组患者非血管介入治疗,观察两组患者的心肌梗死、心绞痛、猝死及症状缓解时间、症状缓解率等情况。结果观察组患者临床显效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者术后平均康复时间为(18.5±3.8)d,对照组患者临床平均康复时间为(30.5±8.5)d,两组患者在临床康复时间上经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用介入性治疗不稳定性心绞痛具有创伤小、临床治愈效果理想及临床康复时间快等特点,值得在临床上应用推广。Objective In patients with unstable angina interventional treatment clinical effect analysis and research.M ethods from 2010 January to 2012 January in our hospital 64 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients as research object,the patients were grouped randomly,respectively,into the observation group and control group,32 cases in each of two groups of patients,the patients in the observation group treated by interventional therapy,the control group patients non vascular interventional treatment,observation two groups of patients with myocardial infarction,angina pectoris,sudden death and symptom relief time,symptom relief rate etc.Results The patients in the observation group compared with the control group showed significant clinical efficiency has great difference,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the patients in the observation group mean postoperative rehabilitation time was（18.5±3.8） days,the control group patients clinical average recovery time is（30.5±8.5） days,two groups of patients in clinical rehabilitation time with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The interventional treatment of unstable angina pectoris with less trauma,clinical cure effect is ideal and clinical rehabilitation time fast wait for a characteristic,worthy of clinical application.
