摘　　要：目的探讨巧妙运用胎儿超声检查的操作技巧在产前诊断中的意义。方法选取该院2009年—2011年2024名孕13～26周进行超声产检的孕妇,总结在检查过程中是否灵活运用操作技巧及一些注意事项,比如:用标准化的方法测量、超声入射线角度选取、注意胎儿解剖结构的完整性及标准平面、应适当保存图像等。结果 428名孕妇(21.2%)初次检查时图像采集存在一些问题:图像不完整,有些畸形易发部位无法清楚显示或难以显示。掌握超声检查操作技巧后,420名孕妇再次接受检查,共检出畸形胎儿42例,占产前超声检查的胎儿畸形数的10.0%。结论巧妙地运用胎儿超声检查技巧、注意相关事项可以准确地对胎儿形态结构畸形进行筛查,为产科提供可靠的信息以指导临床。Objective To investigate the clever use of fetal ultrasound examination techniques in prenatal diagnosis of significance.M ethods Selected in our hospital between 2009 and 2011 2024.13-26 weeks underwent ultrasound examination in pregnant women,summarizes in the inspection process is flexible use of skills and some attention to matters,such as：the use of standardized method for measuring,ultrasonic ray angle selection,attention to the fetal anatomic structure integrity and standard level,should be appropriate save image.Results 428 pregnant women（21.2%） first check image acquisition has some problems：incomplete images,some deformity of prone position cannot be clearly displayed or difficult to display.Master ultrasonography operation skill,420 pregnant women to accept check again,there were 42 cases of abnormal fetus,prenatal ultrasound examination of fetal abnormalities accounted for 10% of the number of.Conclusion The clever use of fetal ultrasound examination skills,attention to matters can be accurately on morphological structure of fetal malformation screening for obstetrics,provide reliable information to guide clinical.
