摘　　要：编辑工作的常态是一个发现问题和解决问题的过程 ,编辑应该养成敏锐的问题意识 ,从宏观上统摄和把握文稿的主旨立意与布局谋篇的合理性 ,从微观上及时捕捉和消灭编辑过程中文稿的事实性、思维性和知识性等方面的差错隐患 。Editing is in fact a process of finding problems and solving problems. Editors must cultivate a keen problem consciousness. For offering the public with high quality cultural and spiritual products, editors need to assume the responsibility macroscopically for the reasonableness of the writing's conception and organization while, microscopically, editors should be well prepared so as to eliminate all the mistakes in actuality, thinking and knowledge with the writing.
