摘　　要：论述了信息时代科技期刊网络化的必要性 ,科技期刊主管领导应转变观念 ,重视科技期刊的网络化工作 ,编辑应自主学习 。This paper elaborates the necessity of the networking of scientific and technical journals in the age of information.It proposes that those responsible for scientific and technical journals should transform their views and pay more attention to the networking of scientific and technical journals. Editors should spend more on self study so to embrace the opportunities and challenges brought forward by the networking in the age of information.
