摘　　要：社会经济发展构成社会基础，经济利益是人类社会最基本的价值追求，因而社会经济发展便成为社会评价的一个重要维度。评价社会经济发展的最基本标准是生产力标准，它具有质与量两个方面的规定性，其本身也需要被衡度、评价。在不同的社会形态中，社会经济和生产力的发展具有不同的历史特点，对其进行的社会评价也各不相同。The development of social economy makes the basis of society. The economic interest is the most basic value sought in the society of mankind, so the economic development is an important respect in social evaluation. The productive forces are the most basic criterion in the social evaluation of economic development, which has a stipulating power both over quality and over quantity. Since the development of social economic and productive forces has different nature, the social evaluation about them is different.
