和谐社会构建中农民政治参与制度化的基本原则

摘　　要：政治参与制度化是扩大公民有序政治参与的重要保证。实现农民政治参与制度化,应遵循坚持党的领导、崇尚法律至上、维护政治稳定、注重公平正义、坚持有序渐进等基本原则,不仅是中国特色社会主义民主政治建设的迫切需要,而且是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。The institutionalization of political participation is an important guarantee to expand citizens＇ orderly political participation. The basic principles of the institutionalization of political participation contains follows： adhering to the Party~ leadership, advocating the supremacy of law,maintaining political stability,focusing on fairness and justice and adhering to the orderly progressive to realize the institutionalization of political participation of Chinese peasants. This is not only an urgent need for democratic and political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also an inevitable requirement for the building of a socialist harmonious society.
