摘  要:为避免因工作面搬家所带来的工期延长及经济损失,并且考虑到煤层顶底板岩性较好,济宁三号煤矿53下07(北)综放工作面决定采用割顶留底的方法直接过断层。根据断层区域顶板活动数值模拟结果和工程地质情况,分析和设计了53下07(北)综放工作面直接过断层技术措施。实践证明该技术方法有效保证了工作面安全快速通过断层区域,相比重新开切眼工作面搬家方案,该方案少掘了一条巷道,同时减少了断层保护煤柱的留设,提高了煤炭资源的回收率。To avoid construction time extension and financial loss caused by face movement, and in view of good rock characters of seam roof and floor, the method of cutting roof and retai-ning floor was used in 53(lower) 07(north) fully-mechanized caving face to pass through the fault directly in Jining No. 3 Coal Mine. The paper analyzed and designed the technical measure based on the numerical simulation results of roof activities in fault area and the geological conditions. Practice shows that the technical scheme has ensured the working face passing through the fault area safely and quickly. Comparing the method of reopening a cut for face movement, this scheme avoids another drivage and reduces the fault protective pillar, which helps to improve the coal recovery rate.
