摘 要:采用传统浮选药剂和P型复合浮选药剂对风化煤进行浮选试验,以除去风化煤中的无机矿物质。通过对浮选前后煤样灰分和腐植酸产率的分析,发现该风化煤煤样在传统药剂的浮选试验中是反浮选过程,即腐植酸富集在矿浆产物中,同时矿浆产物比原煤的灰分低,而泡沫产物比原煤的灰分高。P型复合浮选药剂应用于该风化煤的反浮选,测定结果显示,P型复合药剂作用后的浮选精矿中腐植酸含量均高出原煤中腐植酸含量,采用PII-2药剂的精矿中腐植酸产率高达73.75%,比原煤的高出11.60%。The traditional flotation agent and P-composite agent were adopted for the test of the flotation of weathered coal, in order to remove the mineral impurities. It was demonstrated that the froth flotation of weathered coal was anti-flotation process by using traditional flotation agent via analysis of ash and humic acid of weathered coal. It means that humic acid concentrate in the pulp products, ash of pulp product is lower than in raw coal, but ash of foam product high- er than in the raw coal. P-composite reagents should be used for anti-flotation of weathered coal . The results showed that humic acid yield of flotation concentrate with P-composite agent was more than the raw coal. The batch-flotation adopted with PII-2-composite reagent, humic acid yield of 73.75% was obtained, 11.60% more than the raw weathered coal.
