摘  要:利用荧光定量PCR和ELISA技术研究了LH和FSH对输卵管黏膜上皮细胞表达NGF及其受体TrkA的影响。结果显示:FSH能促进NGF及其受体TrkA的mRNA的表达(P<0.05);LH能促进NGF mRNA的表达(P<0.05),也能促进TrkA mRNA的表达,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。ELISA结果表明,添加LH和FSH后,NGF的表达量有所增加,但是差异不显著(P>0.05)。这说明促性腺激素LH和FSH对NGF和TrkA的表达有影响。the effects of gonadotropin on the expression of NGF and TrkA in oviduct epithelial cells were investigated with fluorescence quantitative-PCR and ELISA. The results of fluorescence quantitative-PCR indicated that the expression level of NGF mRNA was significantly higher than that of the control when treated with LH(10 or 20 mg/L) (P〈0.05) ;although the level of TrkA mRNA increased,no statistical difference was observed(P〉0.05). The expression level of NGF mRNA in oviduct epithelial cells cultured with FSH at the concentration of 20 mg/L was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control(P〈0.05) ,and the amount of TrkA mRNA also significantly increased when treat with FSH(10 or 20 mg/L). The results of ELISA showed that the expression level of NGF protein was higher in the LH and FSH groups than that of the control,but no statistical difference(P〉0. 05 ). The results showed that the gonadotropins could affect the expression of NGF and TrkA in oviduct epithelial cells.
