摘　　要：当前,高校党员组织发展工作是大学生思想政治教育的核心部分,应增强提高大学生党员发展质量的责任感和紧迫感,积极加强学生党员的组织发展工作,将符合发展条件的学生吸收到党员队伍中来。结合当前大学生党员发展的现状,指出从处理好党员发展数量和质量的关系、完善党员组织发展程序、加强入党后的教育管理方面,提高大学生党员发展的质量。At present, development of Party organization in Colleges and universities is the core part of College student party members should enhance the sense of responsibility and sense of urgency, actively streng then development student members of the organization,will meet the conditions for the development of student party members to absorb.Combined with the current development status of student CPC members, pointed out that the party members and the development of the relationship of the quantity and quality of the perfect party members and organizational development program, strengthen education management to join the party after, to improve the aualitv of Student Party Members＇.
