摘　　要：大学新生教育是高校大学生生涯教育的第一站,也是帮助大学新生顺利适应大学生活的重要教育领域,传统的大学新生教育侧重于对大学生适应大学学习和生活的辅导,针对现阶段大学生群体的特点,应把大学作为一个研究对象纳入新生教育体系,通过对大学历史、理念和精神的诠释,使大学新生了解大学本身,为更好地开展新生教育打下基础。University freshmen education is the most important career of college students,but also to help freshmen successfully adapt to the new stage,the traditional freshmen education focus on the guidance of life and learning to students,according to the new characteristics of students,we should take the university as a research object in freshmen education system.Based on the concept and spirit of University,the interpretation of history,freshmen understand the characteristics of university itself,and then get better results on the university freshmen education.
