摘 要:针对多品种小批量复杂精密零件生产车间质量信息数据量大、实时交互性差、统计分析困难,以及生产质量得不到有效控制等问题,结合精益制造和集成化等先进管理思想,提出一种多品种小批量复杂精密零件生产车间质量信息集成运行模式,从目标层、业务执行层、状态分析层以及信息采集与交互层等四个层次构建了该运行模式的总体框架,并研究了基于网络化多功能交互式信息终端的信息交互层模型和质量信息集成运行的信息采集与交互平台,以支持该模式的运行。针对某多品种小批量复杂精密零件生产车间,采用该模式进行了应用实践,取得了良好的应用效果。To deal with the problems of large volumes of data and low information interaction of quality information, difficulty in statistical analysis, and lack of effective quality control in production, combining with advanced management thoughts of lean management and integration, a quality information integrated operation mode for workshop of multi-varieties and small-batch complicated precision parts was proposed. The four-level architecture of the mode was constructed, which consisted of objectives, business execution, status analysis and information collection and interaction. On the basis of these, the platform for the information collection and interaction was established ,which is one of the key support systems of the mode. At last, the operation mode was successfully applied in a manufacturing enterprise, and satisfactory results were obtained.
