摘 要:近些年来我国掀起铝板带热轧的建设热潮,作为实现铝板带热轧自动化轧制的核心技术—过程控制系统还需依赖从国外引进;中色科技苏州有色院结合铝板带热轧的生产工艺特点,自主研发了铝板带热轧工艺控制模型技术以及过程设定技术,并在此基础上开发了铝板带热轧过程控制系统,已成功应用在多台单机架双卷取铝板带热轧机组。应用结果表明,该系统可有效减少对人工操作的依赖,增强轧制工艺稳定性,提高带材的成材率和生产效率。In recent years building aluminum hot rolling lines have reached high tide in China. The process controlling of automatic control system on the hot rolling mill for produ- cing aluminum strip is the core technical part which should be import from other country. CNPT Suzhou Nonferrous Metals Research Institute has independently developed the alumi- num strip hot rolling technology control model and the process setup technology combining with local technological characteristics in aluminum strip hot rolling process. On this basis, the aluminum strip hot rolling process control system has been developed as well, all of which have been applied to several single-stand hot rolling mills with double toilers. The application resuhs show that the system can effectively reduce the reliance on manual operation, strength- en the rolling process stability, improve the yield rate of the strip and increase productivity of the mill.
