快干浇注料在大型高炉热风主管整体浇注的应用实践

摘　　要：某钢厂5 000 m3高炉热风主管出现了严重的大面积塌砖,塌砖长度沿主管道长达近40 m。采用刚玉莫来石快干浇注料对该主管实施一次性整体浇注修补,用时5天恢复了正常生产,降低了钢厂的经济损失。实践表明:刚玉莫来石快干浇注料的应用取得了满意的修复效果。A large area of serious brick collapse occurred in the 5 000 m3 blast furnace hot blast main of one steel mill. The collapse was as long as 40 m along the hot blast main. The corundum mullite quick- drying pouring material was used to do one-time whole pouring repair for the blast main. Only five days later, the normal production of the steel mill was resumed, reducing the economic losses of the steel mill. The practice showed that the application of the corundum mullite quick-drying pouring material attained satisfactory repair effect.
