补肾调肝方治疗高龄原发性骨质疏松症32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾调肝方治疗高龄原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 80例年龄≥75岁的骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组予补肾调肝方口服,每日1剂;对照组予阿仑膦酸钠片口服,每周1次,每次70mg,两组均治疗4周。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候疗效和疼痛疗效,并分别于治疗前及治疗后1、2、3、4周进行中医证候评分和疼痛评分。结果治疗组临床疗效、中医证候疗效、疼痛疗效总有效率分别为87.50%、93.75%、71.88%,对照组分别为83.87%、83.87%、74.19%,治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后1、2、3、4周与治疗前比较,疼痛积分和中医证候积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且疼痛积分随治疗时间增长而降低,以治疗后4周最为明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后2、3周时疼痛积分和中医证候积分亦明显低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾调肝方能明显改善高龄骨质疏松症患者疼痛症状和中医临床症状,临床疗效肯定。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kidney Supplementing Liver-Regulating Formula （KSLRF） for elderly osteoporosis. Methods Eighty cases of osteoporosis （age≥75 years） were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 40 in each. The treatment group was given decoction of KSLRF orally, one dose daily. The control group was given Alendronate Sodium Tablets orally, 70 mg each time, once weekly. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect, syndrome efficacy and pain efficacy was observed. The syndrome scores and pain scores were evaluated. Results The total effective rate, syndrome efficacy and pain efficacy was 87.50%, 93.75% and 71.88% in the treatment group respectively and 83.87%, 83.87%and 74.19% in the control group, with a significant difference between groups in the syndrome efficacy （P〈0.01）. The pain scores and syndrome scores were significantly decreased in both groups after 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks of treatment （P〈0.05）. The pain scores were decreased with the duration of treatment, especially in the 4th week of treatment （P〈0.05）. After 2 or 3 weeks of treatment, the pain scores and syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time point （P〈0.05）. Conclusion KSLRF is effective for elderly osteoporosis and it can obviously relieve the pain and TCM symptoms.
