摘　　要：近年来由于信息通信技术的高速发展,面对海量的数据,其存储对设备硬件和处理方式、方法都提出了更高的要求,各种新的技术不断地涌现,为数据的存储和处理提供了许多新的方法。分析传统图形缓存设计模式,设计了一种利用FPGA和新型存储器件PSRAM来实现数据缓存结构的新模式,为图像数据的处理和存储提供一种新的可行的方式。该方法具有结构简单、处理速度快等特点,具有一定的推广和应用价值。With the rapid development of information and communication technology in recent years, a fairly high requirement on hardware device for mass-data storage and processing is proposed. The emergince of various new technologies provides many new novel methods for data storage and processing. The traditional graphics cache design mode is analyzed, and a new model of data caching architecture based on FPGA and new memory device PSRAM is designed and implemented, thus providing a new feasible way for the processing and storage of image data. This method is simple in structure, fairly high in processing speed, and thus of certain value of popularization and aDDlication.
