红石水库洪水调度方案研究

摘  要:白山、红石、丰满是第二松花江上游的3座大、中型梯级水电站。红石水库迄今为止没有编制过调度方案,白山、丰满水库的洪水调度方案不同时期已经编制多次,2010年大洪水发生后,使得编制红石水库调度方案显得尤为重要。文章对二松流域白山、红石、丰满设计洪水进行复核后,按照白丰联调方案的原则,进行了红石水库调度方案研究,确定了红石水库调度方案,并对典型年洪水在新的调度方案下进行了分析。The Baishan,Hongshi and Fengman hydropower stations are the three large and medium-sized cascade hydropower stations,which is located in the upper reaches of the second Songhuajiang River.The flood dispatching scheme of Hongshi reservoir has not been compiled so far,and the flood dispatching scheme of the Baishan and Fengman reservoirs have been complied many times in the different period.Then the dispatching scheme compiling of Hongshi reservoir is becoming particularly important after the big flood in 2010.The paper checks the design flood of the Baishan,Hongshi and Fengman reservoirs in the second Songhuajiang Basin,studies and determines the dispatching scheme of Hongshi reservoir based on the principle of the Baishan and Fengman united dispatching scheme,analyzes the typical year flood under the condition of the new dispatching scheme.
