摘 要:为确保小区供电可靠性及兼顾节能减排,需提高母排的自然散热能力,从而降低因强制散热而增加的能耗。考虑母排散热过程中的热场与流场的相互作用和影响,建立了相互耦合的共轭传热模型。采用有限元法对开关设备中敷设母排的三维温度场进行了计算和分析。基于该模型计算,分析了母排间距和环境温度2个因素对母排温度的影响规律。研究结果可为母排的节能散热及产品优化提供参考。In order to balance the power supply reliability with energy conservation and emissions reduction, the natural heat dissipation capacity of bus bar is needed to be improved, which can reduce energy consumption of mandatory cooling. Considering the interaction and mutual influences between thermal field and fluid field in the cooling process of bus bar,the conjugate heat transfer model was established and the 3-D thermal field distribution of bus bar in the switchgear was calculated and analysed by using finite element method. Furthermore, the influence rules of two different factors ( space between bus bars and ambient temperature ) on temperature of bus bar were studied based on this model. The research has some reference significance to the heat dissipation and energy saving of bus bar and the products' optimization.
