基于钻石模型的江西服务外包产业发展对策研究

摘　　要：作为下一个"经济增长点"的服务外包产业,对于江西在"十二五"时期实现科学发展、进位赶超、绿色崛起的宏伟目标具有重要意义。在分析江西服务外包产业发展现状的基础上,利用波特的钻石模型理论,对江西服务外包产业发展的影响因素进行了分析,最后从发展定位、人才培育、招商引资、平台建设、市场开拓等方面提出了相应的对策建议。Service outsourcing industry, viewed as the next ＂economic growth point＂, plays an important role in attaining the goals of scientific development, striving to catch up with the more developed areas and en- vironment - friendly rise during the period of the twelfth Five - year Plan. Based on the analysis of Jiangxi＇ s service outsourcing industry development status, this paper, by using Porter＇ s diamond model theory, ana- lyzed the determinants of Jiangxi＇ s service outsourcing industry, and puts forward a series of countermeasures in view of its orientation, personnel training, foreign investment attraction, foundation construction, marketing and other aspects.
