摘　　要：随着微博的迅速发展,越来越多的党政机关及其工作人员开通了政务微博,并呈现出快速发展态势,在社会管理创新、政府信息公开、新闻舆论引导、倾听民众呼声、树立政府形象等方面起到了积极的作用。通过分析政务微博的传播方式和特点,结合相关案例,从正负两方面分析了其对政府部门公共服务模式的影响,进而提出新媒体语境下政府部门公共服务模式的创新路径。More and more Party and government organs and whose staffs open political blog with the rapid development of microblog, which had played an important positive role in social management innovation, gov- ernment information publication, news public opinion guide, calls to listen to people and setting up the image of the government. The paper analyzes the transmission mode and characteristics of microblog, studying the impacts of ＂microblog asked political＂ to the government public service mode, and proposing the innovation path of government public service mode under new media context.
