摘  要:以学生为主体的主动学习模式已成为本科生素质发展的新途径。南方医科大学第二临床医学院结合PBL“以问题为导向”和TBL“以团队为基础”的优点,鉴于临床能力和科研能力对医学生的重要性,试行以临床和科研能力为核心,基于TBL的PBL改良教学。实践证明,该教学法取得良好的效果,能够提升医学生的综合素质,为社会培养更多综合型人才。Learning modes based on the initiatives of students has become a new way in the development of medical students' quality. The second clinical medical college of Southern Medical Uni- versity performed an improved teaching method: meliorated PBL based on TBL and taking clinical and scientific research ability as the core, which combined the advantages of PBL and TBL in view of the importance of clinical and scientific research ability for medical students. Practice proved that this teaching method was effective in improving comprehensive quality of medical students and cultivating more comprehensive talents for the society.
