宪法物质帮助权的救济研究

摘　　要：分析指出,物质帮助权是公民基于生存权而享有的重要宪法权利,它要求国家积极作为,对处于生存困境的公民提供物质保障。物质帮助权的最终实现取决于是否具有完善的救济途径,我国目前公民物质帮助权的救济存在一定问题,应当从立法、司法、行政等方面对物质帮助权的救济途径进行完善,推动公民物质帮助权的保障和发展。The material help rights based on the fight of survival is an important constitutional rights enjoyed by citizens. The material aid rights request the nation to take positive action to provide material help for citizens in survival crisis. The final realization of material aid rights depends on if we have complete legal remedies. Nowadays, there are some problems in the remedies in our country ,and we need to perfect the remedies on legislation,justice and admin istration field etc, so as to promote the protection and development of citizen＇s material aid rights.
