浅谈我国保障性住房建设中的问题与解决对策

摘　　要：分析了目前我国保障性住房存在的一些问题:资金不足、规划不合理、保障性住房质量不高、缺乏职能健全的管理机构。并提出了一些解决问题的对策:拓宽融资渠道、混搭建设、质量责任到人、建立住房保障法。This paper analyzes the problems in the security house in our country at present：lack of funds, planning is not reasonable, the quality of the safeguard room is not high, lack of a management mechanism with perfect function. At the same time, this paper puts forward some countermeasures：to broaden the channels of financing, to mix the house in the commercial residential building, carry out the responsibility of quality to the people, and set up the law of security house.
