新建本科院校大学精神的培育探析——以毕节学院为例

摘　　要：大学精神是一所大学在长期的办学实践中积淀而成的、被广大师生所认可的价值取向、心理趋向和文化定势。毕节学院在长期的办学实践中,逐渐形成了艰苦创业、求实进取的大学精神,这种精神在学校发展历程中不断被赋予新的内涵。毕节学院在人文教育、校园文化建设、优秀文化传承和服务地方经济社会发展的办学实践中培育大学精神,引领学校在新的发展征程中不断奋进。University spirit is accumulation in the long-term education practice.It is the value orientation,psychological tendency and cultural set accepted by teachers and students.Bijie University has gradually formed a hard work,pragmatic and enterprising spirit of the university in the long-term school-running prac tice.This spirit has been endowed with new connotation in the development of Bijie University.Bijie Universi ty cultivates university spirit in the practice of human education,the construction of campus culture,the out standing cultural inheritance and serving local economic development,that lead Bijie college in new develop ment campaign constantly leap forward.
