摘　　要：目的分析阴道彩色多普勒超声在临床初诊误诊宫外孕中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声在临床初诊误诊宫外孕的女性患者15例，并与最终临床结果对照。结果阴道彩色多普勒超声均能显示附件混合性包块，发现腹腔积血13例，13例提示宫外孕，诊断准确率为86．7％。结论阴道彩色多普勒超声在临床不典型宫外孕中的诊断准确率较高，应为首选方法。阴道彩色多普勒超声结合尿妊娠试验检测及子宫后穹窿穿刺等综合分析判断，能够进一步提高诊断准确率，降低宫外孕误诊率。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound on clinical misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in 15 cases of clinical misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in female patients and with the final clinical results of the control. Results Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound can show attachment pleiomorphic mass, 13 cases of hemoperitoneum was found, 13 cases indicated ectopic pregnancy, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 86.7%. Conclusions There is a high diagnostic accuracy rate of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound for clinical atypical ectopic pregnancy, it should be the preferred method. Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound combined with comprehensive analysis of urine pregnancy test detection and uterus back fornix puncture, can further improve the diagnostic accuracy rate, and reduce the ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis rate.
