卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨卡托普利治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将滨州市人民医院收治的对常规抗心力衰竭治疗未能满意控制的32例充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者加用卡托普利治疗1—2个月进行临床观察。结果用卡托普利治疗后心功能改善，总有效率为93．75％，血流动力学明显改善，患者耐受性良好，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论卡托普利治疗心力衰竭疗效显著，使用方便，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of captopril on heart failure. Methods Thirty-two patients with congestive heart failure （CHF） in Binzhou people＇ s hospital for routine anti heart failure therapy failed to satisfactory control, plus captopril treatment for 1 -2 months and to observe the clinical effect. Results After treatment with captopril, heart function improved, tile total effective rate was 93.75%, hemodynamics improved significantly, the patient was well tolerated, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Captopril in the treatment of heart failure is signif- icant effective, convenient to use, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
