摘 要:目的对凝聚胺法和微柱凝胶法在交叉配血试验中结果不符的情况进行分析,总结原因,以求更有效、安全的输血实验方法。方法收集16例不规则抗体结果阳性的病例,选择红细胞有相应抗原者用聚凝胺法和微柱凝胶法平行进行交叉配血试验。结果16例不规则抗体阳性的患者交叉配血中,微柱凝胶法的主侧均出现凝集,而3例聚凝胺法的主侧无凝集。结论凝聚胺法在筛查IgG类抗体的灵敏度不如微柱凝胶法,对于不规则抗体筛查为±~+及抗体类型为抗-Jka和抗.k抗体的患者交叉配血最好使用微柱凝胶方法。Objective To find more effective and safe blood transfusion experiments, analyze the mismatched results of polybrene test and microcolumn gel test in blood cross-matching and sum up the reason. Methods Erythrocytes with corresponding antigen were selected in 16 cases who had positive ir- regular antibody screening, then the cross-matching was carried out using the the polybrene test and the microcolumn gel test in parallel. Results The major cross-matching tests were all positive by microcol- umn gel in 16 cases whose irregular antibody screening were positive,but there were 3 negative cases by polybrene. Conclusions Polybrene test is not as sensitive as microcolumn gel test in screening IgG antibody. It is best to use the micro-c61umn gel test to the patients with anti-Jka and anti-k, and to the patients whose reactive intensity of irregular antibody screening were ±~+.
