摘　　要：本文从临床药物代谢动力学角度对肾功能不全、肝功能不全、胃肠道疾病、怀孕妇女、儿童、老年人等不同病理生理条件环丙氟哌酸合理应用，及药物相互作用的研究进展。不同病理生理条件下的血管浓度监测和药物动力学参数，对环丙氟哌酸·临床给药剂量调整提供了参考依据，对临床安全合理使用环丙氟哌酸具有指导意义。Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride reasonable application for renal insufficiency, hepatic dysfunction, gastrointestinal disease, pregnant women, children, the elderly and other different pathophysiological conditions from the clinical pharmacokinetics perspective, and study progress of drug interaction. Different pathophysiological conditions, the concentration of the blood vessels to monitor and pharmacokinetic parameters of ciprofloxacin clinical dose adjusted to provide a reference basis for the rational use of ciprofloxacin clinical safety instructive.
