摘 要:采用有限元分析法对波纹夹层板的代表体单元模型施加位移约束,模拟弯曲变形时线性独立的应变分量,提取弯曲内力。根据夹层板内力与应变的本构关系,求出刚度矩阵。最后考虑温度对弹性常数的影响,得出随温度变化的宏观等效弹性常数。同样,采用有限元方法对不同温度下夹层板热膨胀系数进行等效。对不同温度下等效前后模型的弯曲响应进行比较,误差在4%以内,验证了该方法的有效性。The finite element analysis is applied by exerting displacement constraints on the representative volume element, in order to simulate linear independent component of the bending strain and to the extract internal bending force. The stiffness matrix is computed according to the constitutive relation of the internal forces and the strain. Finally, considering the temperature effect on the elastic constants, the macroscopic equivalent elastic constants are obtained according to the temperature. Meanwhile, the finite element analysis method has been adopted for equivalent on the thermal expansion coefficient of the sandwich plate at different temperatures. The bending responses of the model with and without equivalent are compared at different temperatures; the results show that the error is within 4% , which demonstrates the validity of this method.
