摘  要:基于聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在氧气中燃烧生成HF等含氟气体,溶于缓冲溶液后能转化为氟离子的特性,建立了利用氟离子选择电极测定聚合物制品中PTFE含量的电化学分析方法。根据对聚四氟乙烯/聚乙烯(PTFE/PE)混合蜡、PTFE改性工程塑料、PTFE改性轴承等一系列样品的测试,发现该方法不仅精确度高,而且可操作性强,在PTFE含量大于10%时,测量误差小于2%。方法非常适用于含PTFE制品的质量控制和未知样品的分析测试。Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) can produce a series of fluorine-containing gases such as HF after combusted in oxygen and the gases can transform into fluorine ions when dissolved in buffer solution. A novel electrochemical method for determining the PTFE content in solid polymers by using fluorine ion selective electrode was established. According to the tests of a series samples of PTFE/PE mixed wax, PTFE modified engineering plastics and plastic bearings, this method was proved to be accurate and operable. The measurement error was less than 2% when PTFE content was more than 10%. The proposed method is suitable for the analysis of the PTFE-containing products,quality control and testing of unknown samples, and will play an important role in the industrial production and scientific research.
