摘  要:目的:应用HPLC对补阳还五汤中苦杏仁苷、芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花素4种成分同时定量检测的方法比较不同器具煎煮对补阳还五汤4种成分含量的影响。方法:分别用砂锅、不锈钢锅、全自动中药壶煎煮补阳还五汤,采用依利特Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相二元梯度洗脱,流速1mL.min-1,检测波长218nm,柱温30℃。结果:砂锅煎煮组补阳还五汤4种成分含量明显高于不锈钢锅煎煮组及全自动养生壶煎煮组,且不锈钢煎煮组4种成分含量最低。结论:采用砂锅煎煮4种有效成分含量最高,即砂锅为补阳还五汤传统煎煮的最佳煎煮器具。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of amygdalin, paeoniflorin, calycosin glucoside and formononetin in Buyang Huanwu decoction; and to compare the contents of the four ingredients of Buyang Huanwu decoctiorts with different boiling apparatus and prefer the best boiling apparatus for preparing Buyang Huanwu decoction. METHODS Casserole, stainless steel pot and automatic medicine pot were used to decoct Buyang Huanwu decoction. The samples were separated on a Hypersil ODS2 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column by gradient elution using acetonitrile(A)-0. 1% phosphate (B) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL.min^-1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelengths were 218 nm. RESULTS The contents of four ingredients in casserole group was significantly higher than those in stainless steel pot group and automatic health pot group, the ingredients in stainless steel pot group was lowest of all.CONCLUSION Buyang Huanwu decoction had highest contents of active ingredients, which was boiled by casserole. The casserole was the best boiling apparatus for preparing Buyang Huanwu decoction.
