血尿酸和C-反应蛋白水平在X综合征中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨血尿酸和C-反应蛋白水平X综合征中的作用。方法选择郑州大学第一附属医院2011年8月至2012年4月心血管内科住院的87例被诊断为X综合征的患者作为试验组，另选择34例无症状的正常人作为对照组，采用ELISA方法及酶比色法分别测定C-反应蛋白水平和血尿酸浓度。结果与对照组相比，试验组的血尿酸水平[（8．8±0．9）vs（5．0±0．9）mg／L，P=0．041]、C-反应蛋白水平[（10．5±4．8）vs（3．4±1．3）mg／L，P〈0．01]、总胆固醇[（201±44）vs（170±24）mg／d]，P=0．021]和三酰甘油[（179±113）vs（123±17）mg／dl，P=0．038]均显著增加。相关性分析结果显示：血尿酸与三酰甘油（r=0．384，P=0．032）呈显著正相关；高敏C-反应蛋白与总胆固醇（r=0．456，P〈0．01）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（r=0．442，P〈0．01）呈显著正相关，与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（r=-0．321，P=0．042）呈显著负相关。结论血尿酸水平及炎症因素都可能参与X综合征的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the role of serum uric acid and serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in syndrome X. Methods Eighty-seven patients with attacks of chest pain diagnosed as syndrome X（ study group） and 34 normal asymptomatic subjects （control group） from Augest 2011 to April 2012 in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou universigy were selected. Serum hs-CRP and uric acid levels were assessed in all subjects. Results The mean hs-CRP level was higher in the study group, compared to controls [ （10. 5 ± 4. 8）versus（3.4 ±1.3）mg/L, P 〈 0. 011. Total cholesterol [ （201 ± 44） versus （ 170 ±24） mg/dl, P = 0. 021 ] and triglyceride levels [ （ 179 ± 113 ） versus （123 ±17）mg/dl, P = 0. 038 ] were higher in the patients compared with controls; Furthermore, there was statistically significant difference in mean serum uric acid levels [ （8.8 ± 0. 9 ）versus （5.0 ±0. 9） mg/L, P =0. 041 ] between the two groups. Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum uric acid was positively correlated with serum TG values（ r = 0. 384, P =0. 032） ; serum hs-CRP was positively correlated with TC （ r = 0. 456, P 〈 0. 01 ） and LDL-C （ r = 0. 442, P 〈 0. 01 ）, and negatively with HDL-C （r = - 0. 321, P = 0. 042）. Conclusions Syndrome X may have an inflammatory element （ reflected as a higher serum hs-CRP level） ; Furthermore, serum uric acid is possibly associated with syndrome X.
