不同年龄阶段腹股沟疝患者腹直肌前鞘中Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达及分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹股沟疝患者腹直肌前鞘中Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达与年龄的关系。方法用免疫组化方法检测成年男性不同年龄阶段腹股沟疝患者腹直肌前鞘中Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达。结果成年男性腹股沟疝患者随着年龄增大，腹直肌前鞘中Ⅰ型胶原蛋白逐渐减少，Ⅲ型胶原蛋白逐渐增加，Ⅰ／Ⅲ型胶原蛋白比例下降。结论成年男性腹股沟疝患者随着年龄增大，胶原代谢紊乱加重，组织结构机械稳定性下降，腹股沟区结缔组织变得薄弱，可能是腹股沟疝发病率增高的重要原因。Objective To investigate the association of the expressions of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen in anterior rectus sheath of inguinal hernia patients with age. Methods To determine the expression of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen contents and its proportion in different age segments in the anterior rectus sheath in adult male patients with inguinal hernia by the immunohistochemical method. Results With age, the contents of type Ⅰ collagen gradually decreased, type Ⅲ collagen gradually increased, the ratio of the two collagens decreased in the connective tissue of patients with inguinal hernia. Conclusions With age, the metabolic disturbance of collagen in the bodys of adult male patients with inguinal hernia aggravates, and the mechanical stability of organization structure decreases, resulting in the weakness of the connective tissue in the inguinal region, which may be an important reason of the incidence of inguinal hernia.
