摘 要:为了分析比较自卸车方形车箱和U形车箱的结构强度,对这两种主流车箱分别进行了三维建模,在外形尺寸相当的条件下比较了它们的主要参数,然后利用HyperWorks建立有限元模型,分别对其进行满载和超载工况下的有限元静力分析。结果表明,在满载工况下,两种车箱的应力情况接近;在超载工况下,U形车箱的应力情况不如方形车箱,方形车箱还有很大的轻量化空间。分析结果为以后两种车箱的改进设计提供了参考。In order to analyze and compare the structural strength of the cuboid trunk and the U-shaped think, 3D models of the two typical trunks were established, and tt:eir main parameters were compared at the equivalent dimensions. And then, HyperWorks was applied to build the finite element models, and their finite element static analysis in full load mode and overload mode were carried out. The analysis results showed that: in full load mode, the stress status of the two kinds of thinks were close to each other; in overload mode, the stress status of the U-shaped tnmk was inferior to that of the cuboid trunk which had considerable lightweight margin. The analysis results offered references for optimization design of the two kinds of trunks.
