摘  要:基于ADAMS对颚式破碎机传动机构进行运动学分析,通过仿真分析得到动颚齿面的运动轨迹及动颚行程特性值,解决了传统设计方法不能直观得到设计结果的问题。提取了PEV620×900型破碎机动颚水平行程、传动角和肘板摆动角测量值,依据相应经验值判定该破碎机传动机构的运动特性,为破碎机的开发和结构参数的修改提供依据。The kinematical analysis of the transmission mechanism of the jaw crusher was conducted based on ADAMS, as well as the motion trajectory of the tooth surface of the moving jaw and the eigenvalue of the moving jaw stroke were obtained after simulation and analysis, thus the problem that design results could not be achieved directly by traditional design methods was solved. After abstracting the measurements of horizontal stroke, transmission angle and bracket swing angle, the kinematical characteristics of the crusher transmission mechanism was identified according to experience values. The simulation offered references for the development of the crusher and the modification of the structural parameters.
