摘　　要：无内管免钻塞完井技术可以避免钻塞施工,注水泥结束后及时下入打捞管柱,将胶塞及管内装置捞出。但是盲板以上为死腔,不能解决关闭套下行困难的问题,另外盲板总成捞出后,会留下内径较小的内圆台阶,为后期施工带来诸多不便。为此,研制了新的不钻塞完井分级注水泥器。该注水泥器包括上接头、外筒和注入总成,在具备注入功能的同时能起到盲板的作用,注入总成底部装有泄压阀,避免形成死腔,有效地解决了关闭套关闭时下行困难的问题,注水泥器下部可直接与配套裸眼封隔器连接,简化了完井管柱。90余口水平井的现场应用结果表明,该装置平均完井周期比原来缩短1 d,打捞总成解封力100～150 kN,完全符合现场施工安全要求,施工成功率100%。The well completion technology without inner tube and drilling plug can avoid operation with drilling plug, timely running to fish string after finishing cementing and pulling rubber plug and equipment in tube. But the place above blind flange is dead space. The problem of closing socket＇ s running difficulty cannot be solved. In addition the inner-circle steps with small inner diameter will be left after pulling blind flange assembly. This brings about inconveniences for later operation. Therefore, the new drilling plug-free staged cementer was developed. The cementer consists of upper joint, external cylinder and injection assembly. It has both functions of injection and blind flange. The injection assembly bottom is installed with relief valve, avoiding the formation of dead space. As a result the problem of closing socket＇ s running difficulty caused by the socket closure has been solved effectively. The lower part of the cementer can directly be connected with matching open-hole packer, thus simplifying completion string. The field application in over 90 wells shows that the average completion cycle of the device is shortened by one day. The releasing force of fishing assembly is between 100 kN and 150 kN. This completely agrees with the safety requirement of field construction with a 100% operating success rate.
