摘  要:为探索低渗透油藏提高单井产量和采收率的新途径,在樊154-平4井进行了国产化多级分段压裂完井工具探索性试验。该井裸眼分段压裂管柱顺利下入,为后续裸眼分段压裂施工奠定了基础。经过25 h的施工,樊154-平4井分段压裂顺利完成,各级投球打开滑套压力51~59 MPa,均正常顺利打开。应用结果表明,合理应用水平井技术开发低渗储层,能够缩短作业时间,提高储层动用程度,实现油井的经济高效开发。To explore the new approach to improving single well production and recovery ratio in low permeability reservoirs, it was proposed that multistage staged fracture technology for open-hole completed well is applied in Block 154 of Fan in Shengli Oilfield. And an exploratory test of the localized completion tool of multistage staged ?racture was carried out in Well 4 of Ping in Block 154 of Fan. The smooth running of the horizontal open-hole staged fracture string in Well 4 of Ping has laid the foundation for later open-hole staged fracture operation and proided the precious experience for later construction. After 25 hours of operation the staged fracture operation was completed smoothly in Well 4 of Ping. The pressure for injection ball of different stages to open sliding sleeve is 51 59 MPa. The sleeves were opened properly and smoothly. The field practice proves that proper application of lorizontal well technology to develop low permeability reservoirs can shorten the operating time, improve the reservoir producing level and achieve economical and high-efficiency development.
